Preamble
The world is changing, and Africa is feeling the heat of global changes. Africa is facing a wave of colonization schemes and schisms. Education appears to have eluded the African politicians because the political arena became an all-comers field of play. The effect is that non-politicians become of little or no concern to politicians. Consequently, Africa is still struggling over the post-colonial years. This means that Africa is still suffering the pangs of colonization, slavery, subjugation, and plunder. This discouraging phenomenon is exacerbated by the conscious or unconscious surrender of African resources to external interests by African resource managers.
While Africa has yet to recover from the Western 1884 dinner, a new breakfast is already brewing from the East. This licensing program has, therefore, become morale imperative to streamline political activities to give the African masses, electorates, and plebians the peace of mind they have missed since 1884. Therefore, anyone who intends to run for an elective office must submit his or her Politician I, Politician II, or Politician III license. Now, Africa can begin to recover from the Western 1884 dinner and forestall the brewing Eastern breakfast.
