Dr. Ingrid Epezagne is a visionary leader in agribusiness incubation, agricultural mechanization, and sustainable development, with more than a decade of global experience. She has spearheaded high-impact projects across Africa, the Americas, and Asia in partnership with governments, NGOs, and multilateral agencies, driving innovation in food security and circular-economy initiatives.

Leveraging her academic background in Telecommunications Engineering and in Management Science & Engineering, Dr. Epezagne blends technical insight with strategic vision. Her interdisciplinary expertise spans research and education, advisory services, program design, strategic planning, and capacity building. She has supported over 100 enterprises in the agriculture and new-technology sectors, fostering entrepreneurship, resilience, and scalable impact.

A celebrated award-winner, Dr. Epezagne was honored as the leader of the Best Women’s Allied Organization in Agribusiness in Africa (2022) and selected for the prestigious U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

Through her advocacy, she champions the reduction of food waste and the intelligent reuse of agricultural byproducts by integrating circular-economy principles with cutting-edge mechanization technologies.

As Founder & CEO of Incubateur Réseaux et Entreprise Agricole (AIRE) in Côte d’Ivoire, Director for the Francophone Region at the African Agribusiness Incubators Network (AAIN), and Co-Founder of Reigns IT Solution Ltd in Ghana, she has built and scaled platforms that catalyze sustainable agribusiness growth. Dr. Epezagne has also consulted for leading international bodies—including GIZ, IFAD, FAO, and the African Union—shaping national strategies that embed technological innovation and circular-economy models into agricultural policy.

Dr. Epezagne’s proven leadership, strategic partnerships, and unwavering commitment to sustainable agriculture continue to elevate food-security outcomes and empower communities across the continent.
