Emmanuel University is currently screening candidates for invitation to the Dr. Frank Agodi Fellowship (DFAF). The selection is not by application but by a strict use of an algorithmic process. In the information age, many highly qualified individuals are on social media. Furthermore, class mates, school mates, sorority contacts, network members, and fellow faculty are within reach to confirm credential claims as well as testify to a candidate’s integrity. If your credentials are in the public spaces and are in line with the university’s stipulations, you may be invited for a selection interview.

The Fellowship operates a three-tier format as follows:

Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship

Post-Masters Fellowship

Post-Doctoral Fellowship

Candidates can come from any educational field

and will be called Dr. Frank Agodi Scholar upon selection.

Selected individuals will be informed in writing that they have been selected for Dr. Frank Agodi Fellowship and they become Dr. Frank Agodi Scholar.

They will NOT be paid any stipends.

Rather, they will be granted access to a private university and given a 10-Week Fellowship online classroom to

present life-changing stories (within the Fellowship Program).

The Dr. Frank Agodi Scholar will be guided through the rigorous process of creating the story presentation sessions, publicizing the sessions,

inviting participants, and presenting the stories.

If the selected candidate does not know how to function in a virtual environment, the Fellowship Program will enroll the Scholar in a 2-Week Crash Course in Virtual Environment Navigation.

The Fellowship is for a period of one year and not renewable. If the Scholar loves the experience, then, the Scholar will be free to directly contact the university to explore any possibilities. The Dr. Frank Agodi Fellowship is an external event that has no stakes in the university; neither does the university have a stake in Dr. Frank Agodi Fellowship.

The Dr. Frank Agodi Scholar will be expected to present stories all 12 months of the program year.
